Originally from Colorado, Rachel Blackely moved to Walla Walla to attend Walla Walla University. She started working for Preferred Properties part time, while finishing a degree in business, and a minor in art. Now that Rachel has completed her Bachelors degree, she has been working full time as an executive assistant and as has been putting her education to use in a real-world scenario.
