Loren Libby, is Assistant to Trisha Bush, Broker/Owner of Preferred Properties.  Well qualified, Loren is a 2005 graduate of Walla Walla University with a BA in History and a Minor in Business.   Loren’s experience as a Marketing Director for VQ Fitness out of Hanford, CA involved management responsibilities, marketing/advertising, and customer service which serves as valuable experience in the Real Estate industry.   Loren’s energy and enthusiasm contribute to the positive environment you feel when you walk in the door at Preferred Properties.  Loren’s attitude of . . . no task too large or too small is key to the company’s success and accomplishments.  With a smile on his face, Loren is always willing to go the extra mile to keep the client happy.  Loren also assists with transactions, builder meetings, the preparation and distribution of marketing materials, plays an active roll with focus group marketing meetings, and scheduling client showings are amongst some of his responsibilities.
