Janice specializes in helping clients make strategic real estate decisions. She especially enjoys working with investors and first time home buyers. She has her CSR designation (certified staging representative) and often helps sellers stage their homes to assure a quicker sale.

Janice graduated from the University of Washington where she obtained a Bachelor of the Arts in International Studies.

After college, Janice began investing in Real Estate and started 3 small businesses, each progressively more successful. Eventually investing became a full time job and obtaining a real estate license was the next step. Janice gained experience in the Seattle market where she worked in Real Estate and Interior design.

After investing in the Walla Walla market she and her family decided to make Walla Walla a permanent home almost 2 years ago. With her knowledge of staging and years of experience Janice has the know-how, to effectively market, negotiate, and represent her clients in today�s turbulent market.
